Launching from Veradigm EHR

Easy SSO Launch with veradigm (4 Clicks for the entire note process with diagnosis codes)

We do offer integration with Veradigm EHR, Formerly Allscripts Professional. The setup and install is available. Just contact us for more information.

Once Logged into Veradigm EHR, Select your patient via your normal process, Schedule, search, tracking board etc. Then Go to the Launch Menu which is seen below and click Ambient Scribe (This could vary in your system depending on how your staff or veradigm configured the launch button).

To Recap

  1. Login to VEHR Normally,

  2. Select your patient and encounter.

  3. Do any chart work you would etc.

  4. When its time for the visit click(1) the "Ambient scribe" button from the Launch Menu.

  5. Wait a few seconds (less than 5-10 normally) while the system starts listening.

  6. Have the encounter.

  7. Click(2) End Encounter

  8. Click(3) Yes, Generate the note using your template of choice.

  9. Review the Note and make and adjustments

  10. Review ICD-10 and Make any adjustments (delete etc) (If using send to my EHR with Dx Codes)

  11. Click(4) send to EHR.

  12. Close and finish up in the EHR.

    1. The Note sections should be populated and Problems assessed and ready to charge.

That was 4 Clicks to a note and diagnosis codes in your EHR.
